What does the word freedom MEAN to you?
What would being truly free, FEEL like?
How might it feel to make a list of everything you’re ready to release? Tapping (EFT) can be a wonderful way to free yourself from the blocked energy. You can access a video explaining how to do it for yourself HERE.
Maybe freedom means ending a relationship or setting a healthy boundary and redefining the relationship so you’re not betraying yourself to please someone else?
Perhaps it means crossing a load of items of your To Do list and either delegating/outsourcing the essentials or letting things go completely.
Maybe it means some kind of sabbatical or break to travel and experience a different way of life.
Perhaps it means speaking out about something you’ve been holding onto.

My main client space remains Witham, with the Feel Better Every Day Consultancy on the high street but, in recent months, I’ve been offering a few sessions a week from Colchester (and am starting teaching a Sleep Yoga class there in January).
As of this week, am delighted to be offering a few sessions a week from Frinton on Sea on Essex’s Sunshine Coast. The Connaught Clinic is just a few moments from the seafront and a short walk from the station.

It was SUCH a pleasure to facilitate a couple of workshops in one of my favourite places, Frinton on Sea, yesterday.
I was offering a couple of the Community Events and was able to do two very different workshops at the library as different groups showed up in the morning and afternoon.
The morning workshop was more cognitive with a goal setting exercise that participants can apply to other areas of their lives. We did some mind/body connection work to aid confidence, too.
I had a lovely lunch break paddling, reading and enjoying the sea.
Then the afternoon group did some Chair Yoga and a cleansing meditation.
Both groups did a simple breath practice and chose little crystals to ground the workshops.
Gorgeous start to the week!
