Last week’s launch party of 365 Ways to Feel Better at London’s Coliseum (part 2)

I’ve received the rest of the photos from last week so, thanks again to all who came and all who wanted to and all who’ve been so supportive. And special thanks to Kathie Bishop for organising it and Mae and Imi for selling lots of books! And… so many people. So  happy and grateful :)

In the run up, any time I felt a bit anxious about the launch party, I'd remind myself that there would be ice cream. I hadn't anticipated the heat wave and it was an even better idea than we'd thought

And for local (to Witham, Essex) people, am doing a book signing at Cabello Hair and Beauty of Friday from 6-7pm so maybe I’ll see some of you there.
